Mrs. Hickmon personally worked for a friend in Auburn Hills, MI at his Marriott Hotel for three years. This brought more of the structure needed for ESFY', having the opportunity to zoom in and focus on the thousands of business men and women that she encountered daily, week in and week out, studying each of their needs and concerns.

The quietness, nice smells, cleanliness, and the little things they may have forgotten to pack. Such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Tylenol, and snacks, just to name a few. That sound of peace, so that they can gather their thoughts before that 8 a.m. board meeting or that huge corporate project that they have to present.

Mrs. Hickmon desires to plant 'ESFY' in different States, one State at a time, to bring that personal, warm inviting executive welcome to our FORTUNE 500 WORLD.

Juanita Hickmon is the proud wife of George Hickmon of 38 loving years, a mom of 3 beautiful daughters (nurses), and a grandmother of 6. She has a gift and passion for business. Mrs. Hickmon has owned and operated her own successful 24-hour private Healthcare service for over 23 years in the Michigan area and still going very strong.

Mrs. Hickmon's downtime is studying the Word of God, spending time with family and friends, jazz, and action movies. Her favorite spiritual leader is Bishop TD Jakes, her favorite time with family and friends is watching her husband grill, her favorite actor is Denzel Washington and her favorite jazz instrument is the saxophone.
